MVP-stage private beta
Drag & Drop Brain is an MVP-stage private beta for building a personal portable markdown brain. Features, limits, models, workflows, pricing, imports, exports, and availability may change while the product is being built, tested, and improved.
Data agreement
To the fullest extent allowed by law, by using Drag & Drop Brain you agree that all data you submit to, generate in, or create through the service, plus account, billing, support, usage, provider-key metadata, and technical records, may be stored and used for operating the service, AI processing, debugging, improving the product, measuring product-market fit, developing features, preventing abuse, security, legal compliance, and business administration. If you do not agree, do not use Drag & Drop Brain.
Your content and permissions
You are responsible for the brain files, raw items, prompts, chats, agent connector use, and other content you submit or expose. You must have the right to process that content through Drag & Drop Brain, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, configured AI providers, and any external clients you connect with a read-only MCP token. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, illegal, or third-party personal data unless you have permission and accept the privacy policy.
AI output and approval
AI agents, proposals, diffs, connector responses, and summaries are drafts. Nothing should be treated as final until you review and approve it. You remain responsible for any exported, connected, or approved content and for checking output before using it in production, legal, financial, medical, safety-sensitive, or customer-facing contexts.
Billing and refunds
Private beta access, subscriptions, and usage gates may be managed through Stripe. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where mandatory law requires a refund, withdrawal right, correction, replacement, price reduction, or other remedy.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer, privacy, payment, or data-protection rights. Where mandatory law conflicts with these terms, mandatory law controls and the remaining terms continue to apply.
